1. Data controller

2. What data is processed

The site itself does not process any personal data — it has no contact form or any other mechanism that sends data to a server. The email and phone links open your own email client or phone app directly; the message content goes straight between you and me, outside the website. Any data you provide this way (name, email, message content) is handled the same way as regular email correspondence. The site does not use any tracking cookies or third-party analytics — no other data is collected automatically.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, prepare a service proposal, based on legitimate interest (handling your request) under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If the communication leads to a contractual relationship, further processing is based on contract performance under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Retention period

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, up to a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship requires longer retention (e.g. for accounting or tax records).

5. Third-party sharing

Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Since correspondence happens directly through your own email client, no email delivery provider of mine is involved.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, restrict processing, request data portability, and object to processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing martin@rasendorfer.cz. If you believe processing violates GDPR, you have the right to file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

By default, this site does not use any cookies for tracking or analytics. If this changes in the future (e.g. through self-hosted analytics), this page will be updated accordingly.
